href=\"https:\/\/alertas.directoriolegislativo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/HON.-Oficina-de-Transparencia-PCM-111-2020.pdf\">decreto<\/a> la Secretar\u00eda de Transparencia, una entidad dentro de la \u00f3rbita del Poder Ejecutivo habilitada para tomar denuncias de la ciudadan\u00eda e investigar supuestos actos de corrupci\u00f3n en la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica. Desde la sociedad civil y el Instituto de Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica advirtieron que el decreto ser\u00eda violatorio del art\u00edculo 3 de la <a href=\"http:\/\/alertas.directoriolegislativo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/HON.-LeyGeneralAdministracionPublica.pdf\">Ley General de Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/a>, ya que las funciones de la Secretar\u00eda duplicar\u00edan las facultades que actualmente ostentan el Ministerio P\u00fablico y el Tribunal de Cuentas. Por otro lado, el decreto tambi\u00e9n constituye el Consejo Nacional de Transparencia y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas (CNT), una entidad integrada por el gobierno, la sociedad civil, el sector privado y la academia.
