El Frente Sandinista de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional (FSLN), partido del oficialismo, present\u00f3 el <\/span>proyecto<\/span><\/a> de<\/span> Ley Especial de Ciberdelitos<\/b> para sancionar con pena de prisi\u00f3n de dos a cuatro a\u00f1os a quienes \u201cpubliquen o difundan informaci\u00f3n falsa, tergiversada que produzca alarma, zozobra y temor en la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

El castigo asciende a <\/span>cinco a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rce<\/b>l cuando los <\/span>mensajes \u201cinciten al odio y a la violencia<\/b>\u201d. El proyecto adem\u00e1s tipifica un conjunto sumamente heterog\u00e9neo de delitos que incluyen el acceso indebido, alteraci\u00f3n o da\u00f1o a sistemas inform\u00e1ticos, la sustituci\u00f3n de identidad, la utilizaci\u00f3n de datos personales, el fraude y el acoso sexual en el entorno digital.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/span>El presidente de la Asamblea Legislativa, Gustavo Porras, declar\u00f3 que la intenci\u00f3n de la ley es que las herramientas cibern\u00e9ticas \u201cno sean utilizadas para da\u00f1ar la imagen de nadie, la honra de nadie y de da\u00f1ar a ninguna familia\u201d. Sin embargo, desde la sociedad civil se ha advertido que la <\/span>ambig\u00fcedad en la definici\u00f3n de las conductas castigadas<\/b> pueden llevar en la pr\u00e1ctica a criminalizar usos cotidianos de las tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n, y tambi\u00e9n a amenazar el ejercicio de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la cr\u00edtica, la parodia y la s\u00e1tira. El proyecto ya fue aprobado por las Comisiones de Justicia, Educaci\u00f3n e Infraestructura y <\/span>podr\u00eda ser sancionado antes de que termine octubre<\/b>.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
