\u00a0El jueves 20 de agosto, las Comisiones de Asuntos Constitucionales y de Justicia del Senado <\/span>dictaminaron<\/span><\/a> a favor de un <\/span>proyecto<\/span><\/a> de reforma del sistema de justicia federal impulsado por el gobierno que incluye reglas de actuaci\u00f3n para magistrados a fin de evitar interferencias o favoritismos. Durante la discusi\u00f3n legislativa, el bloque oficialista Frente de Todos incorpor\u00f3 una cl\u00e1usula que obliga a los jueces a denunciar ante el Consejo de la Magistratura cualquier presi\u00f3n o intento de ejercer influencia por parte del “poder medi\u00e1tico”. Esta modificaci\u00f3n fue cuestionada duramente por organizaciones de periodistas y por miembros de la oposici\u00f3n que la calificaron como un “ataque directo” a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
