condition for the entry into force of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) on July 1. Although the changes aim to protect intellectual creations from unauthorized uses, civil society warned that the \u201cnotification and withdrawal\u201d mechanism could be used as an instrument of digital censorship and violation of freedom of expression by the State.
