data-aos=\"fade-up\"><p class=\"csg-sobre\">Tras la pr\u00f3rroga del estado de excepci\u00f3n hasta septiembre, dictada por el gobierno para mitigar el impacto del COVID-19, el Congreso modific\u00f3 el C\u00f3digo Penal con el fin de sancionar la inobservancia del aislamiento y otras medidas sanitarias de prevenci\u00f3n. La iniciativa apunta a lograr el pleno acatamiento a las \u00f3rdenes de restricci\u00f3n de la circulaci\u00f3n en un momento en que Chile se posiciona como uno de los 10 pa\u00edses m\u00e1s afectados por la pandemia a nivel mundial. A partir de la entrada en vigencia de la ley, el 20 de junio, aquellas personas que violen las disposiciones de la cuarentena podr\u00e1n ser sancionadas con la pena de hasta 5 a\u00f1os de c\u00e1rcel y multas que podr\u00e1n ir de USD 1.500 a 15.000, aproximadamente.
