data-aos=\"fade-up\"><p class=\"csg-sobre\">Entre el 29 y el 30 de junio, el Congreso mexicano sancion\u00f3 un conjunto de reformas a la Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor y al C\u00f3digo Penal Federal que se requer\u00edan como condici\u00f3n para la entrada en vigencia el 1 de julio del Tratado M\u00e9xico-Estados Unidos-Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC). Si bien los cambios apuntan a proteger las creaciones intelectuales de usos no autorizados, desde la sociedad civil se advirti\u00f3 que el mecanismo de \u201cnotificaci\u00f3n y retirada\u201d podr\u00eda ser utilizado como instrumento de censura digital y violaci\u00f3n de la libertad de expresi\u00f3n por parte del Estado.
