de Diputados solicitando que se revoque el pedido de tratamiento urgente solicitado por el gobierno para el proyecto de reforma del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/alertas.directoriolegislativo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/inteligencia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sistema nacional de inteligencia<\/a>\u00a0y el de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/alertas.directoriolegislativo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/INFORME-BOL-13086-INFRA-CRITICA.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">protecci\u00f3n de la infraestructura<\/a>\u00a0considerada cr\u00edtica para el funcionamiento del pa\u00eds. En la nota, plantean que las iniciativas vulneran los derechos humanos, instalando una agenda de &#8220;militarizaci\u00f3n&#8221; de la seguridad p\u00fablica. El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Defensa Nacional, Jorge Brito, se hizo eco de las preocupaciones al afirmar que se est\u00e1 proponiendo un sistema de inteligencia sin un adecuado mecanismo de control por parte de los poderes del Estado. Las iniciativas permitir\u00edan adem\u00e1s desplegar a las Fuerzas Armadas en el territorio nacional sin necesidad de declarar el estado de excepci\u00f3n.
