data-aos=\"fade-up\"><p class=\"csg-sobre\">El 17 de febrero el Poder Ejecutivo dio a conocer un decreto firmado en octubre de 2019 que habilitaba al gobierno a usar informaci\u00f3n confidencial sobre las personas para realizar investigaciones y evaluaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas. Debido a las cr\u00edticas de todo el arco pol\u00edtico y las denuncias de inconstitucionalidad, el presidente Carlos Alvarado dio marcha atr\u00e1s con la medida apenas 4 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la publicaci\u00f3n. Hasta el momento, el gobierno no ha aclarado si durante los \u00faltimos meses hizo un uso no controlado de datos personales de la ciudadan\u00eda.
