El 8 de marzo, la C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 en general una\u00a0r<\/a>eforma de la Constituci\u00f3n que aumenta la capacidad del Presidente para sacar a las Fuerzas Armadas a las calles cuando est\u00e9 en riesgo la infraestructura considerada cr\u00edtica para el funcionamiento del pa\u00eds: servicios de agua, gas y electricidad, comunicaciones y transporte, oficinas gubernamentales, del Congreso Nacional y del Poder Judicial. Ahora el Presidente est\u00e1 obligado a decretar previamente el estado de emergencia por no m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas. Si la reforma se sanciona, podr\u00e1 hacerlo sin necesidad de decretar el estado de emergencia y por un per\u00edodo de hasta 30 d\u00edas. El proyecto impulsado por el gobierno fue cuestionado por diputados de la oposici\u00f3n que, seg\u00fan anticiparon, tratar\u00e1n de introducir cambios durante la discusi\u00f3n art\u00edculo por art\u00edculo.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
