Assembly on January 14. The law A\u00f1ez intends to veto bans any arbitrary detention and judicial harassment, among other actions curtailing the exercise of rights and freedoms, following the events that took place between October and November 2019 when former President Evo Morales was forced to resign from office. The Court resolved that the veto should be addressed to Congress.
