de presionar a los diputados para que aprueben un pr\u00e9stamo internacional necesario para financiar su plan de control territorial. Bukele apel\u00f3 para esto al &#8220;derecho del pueblo a la insurrecci\u00f3n&#8221; que la Constituci\u00f3n reconoce solo para casos de violaciones graves de las normas relativas a la forma de gobierno o el sistema pol\u00edtico.
