propuesta de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) que se dio a conocer en el Senado el 14 de enero. La Fiscal\u00eda propone penar con hasta 6 meses de prisi\u00f3n o multa econ\u00f3mica a los que da\u00f1en la reputaci\u00f3n de una persona o la desacrediten. En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto podr\u00eda ser usado para penalizar a quienes cuestionen a sus gobernantes y criminalizar la libertad de expresi\u00f3n.
