El 17 de enero la presidenta interina, Jeanine A\u00f1ez, envi\u00f3 al Tribunal Constitucional el veto a la Ley de Cumplimiento de los Derechos Humanos, sancionada por la Asamblea Legislativa el pasado 14 de enero. La norma que A\u00f1ez pretende vetar proh\u00edbe las detenciones arbitrarias y el hostigamiento judicial, entre otras medidas que impiden el ejercicio de derechos y libertades, por acciones vinculadas a los hechos ocurridos entre octubre y noviembre de 2019 cuando el ex Presidente Evo Morales debi\u00f3 renunciar a su cargo. El Tribunal resolvi\u00f3 que el veto debe ser tratado por el Congreso. Si avanza, afectar\u00e1 a\u00fan m\u00e1s el espacio c\u00edvico en Bolivia, actualmente restringido.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
