A pocos d\u00edas de su asunci\u00f3n como presidente el 14 de enero, Alejandro Giammattei present\u00f3 al Congreso un proyecto para que las acciones que amenacen el orden social, la integridad de las personas o el patrimonio sean tratadas como actos terroristas. A esta propuesta, se suma otra que busca reconocer el derecho de leg\u00edtima defensa en respuesta a una agresi\u00f3n ilegal o no provocada. De aprobarse, las fuerzas de seguridad podr\u00e1n ampararse en esta normativa para justificar el uso de la fuerza y la represi\u00f3n contra manifestantes. Ambos proyectos son considerados prioritarios para el gobierno.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
