Al margen de los casos que se analizan en este n\u00famero, desde que la OMS declar\u00f3 la pandemia el 11 de marzo la mayor parte de los pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n han tomado medidas que limitan el ejercicio de la libertad individual de circulaci\u00f3n, reuni\u00f3n y manifestaci\u00f3n. Los gobiernos de Argentina, Colombia y Paraguay decretaron el aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, mientras que en Guatemala, Panam\u00e1 y Puerto Rico rige el toque de queda. En el marco de la declaraci\u00f3n del estado de excepci\u00f3n por cat\u00e1strofe, el gobierno chileno est\u00e1 dictando medidas de aislamiento y cuarentena por localidades. Tambi\u00e9n en Venezuela las medidas se han aplicado por regiones. El control del cumplimiento de estas disposiciones han dejado como saldo unos 21.000 detenidos en Argentina, 4.000 en Panam\u00e1, 3.500 en Guatemala y 500 en Paraguay y Puerto Rico.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
