data-aos=\"fade-up\"><p class=\"csg-sobre\">En un pol\u00e9mico avance sobre los derechos y libertades individuales, el 15 de marzo el presidente Juan Orlando Hern\u00e1ndez restringi\u00f3 por decreto las garant\u00edas constitucionales vinculadas a la libertad personal, de circulaci\u00f3n, de asociaci\u00f3n y de reuni\u00f3n, la prohibici\u00f3n de ingreso al domicilio de una persona sin su consentimiento, el respeto a la propiedad privada y la libertad de pensamiento sin censura. En cuanto tom\u00f3 estado p\u00fablico, la medida fue rechazada por el Alto Comisionado de la ONU para los Derechos Humanos en Honduras, la OEA, la CIDH y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Medios de Comunicaci\u00f3n de Honduras (AMC). El gobierno hondure\u00f1o respondi\u00f3 a los cuestionamientos con una modificaci\u00f3n del decreto que deja sin efecto la restricci\u00f3n a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n y la suspensi\u00f3n de la garant\u00eda de que ninguna persona puede ser detenida por m\u00e1s de 24 horas sin orden judicial.
